PLF stands for Prismatic Light Field / 02-1
The images below are photometric simulations of a installation principle. A device composed of multiple prisms is set on a skylight above. In the room, just below, several plans of antireflection glass are positionned at various spacings. The panes of glass have been sandblasted with horizontal lines distributed in a random thickness and spacing between lines.
The light is diffused by the prisms, projecting multiple plans of “colored light” in the space below . The colored light materialize when it hits the wall , the floor of the room and the sandblasted areas on the glass.

Note : To enhance the sharpness the sun size has been reduced to the tenth of its normal size. Contrast has also been enhanced.
